Yes, it can bypass the payment method. You just need to select it.
There is also an option to add a custom payment method. Ex: Cash Payment, Paid Partially, etc
Also, there is an option to send customer payment link. So the customer can make the payment online with your payment gateway selected.
Q2) Can there be custom prices for each item going to be sold?
Yes once you add the product you have the option to add the custom price for it.
We also show the actual unit price of the product for reference purpose.

Q16) Our default currency in USD. But we want to make an order in Euro. Can we add pricing directly in EURO?
Yes, we support adding the product price directly in your desired currency.
You can enter the price as per your selection within the order.

Q17) Is it possible to use this module or do you have a module which allows admin to apply a fixed discount to the net order-total either fixed or percentage of the total order.?
Yes, this is inbuilt in our extension. You can do this via the custom total present in the extension. If you wanted to do 10% discount. Just write -10p in the custom total value box. And the discount would be 10% of the total value.
